Special hack in incursions

I was just doing an incursion run with a fellow mate and found that the special hack in rooms 1, 4,8 and so on are only available to whoever gets there first. Is this a bug or just something that is for this special event

Probably that’s something that is for this special event and only for the special hacks.
Maybe Kabam thought that it would be a big advantage (compared on playing solo) if both players could get an infinite hack every four zones.
Anyway doing it solo it’s much easier, since on duo can’t both players get the hack.
