"Sidestep Strike" node is affected by Slow

in Bugs and Known Issues
As the title says, Any science champions who places Slow debuff to the opponent cannot evade, even if he has evade charges.
For example, Quicksilver cannot take the benefits of this node if he reaches 300 momentum charges.
