Which mystic champion will serve me best as a defender?

Which champion from these is the most versatile defender? And does it need awakening?
I can only R3 one atm. Apart from a defensive pov, which of them can serve as a decent attacker as well?

    America Chavez is the most versatile. After her buff, she's great in competitive AW on both attack and could be a great defender in the right circumstances.
