Auto enlistment fail

My ally is a full ally (30 people) but we do 2 BG war. Auto enlist has been pretty solid until today. Instead of the normal 2 BGs we had 3 auto enlist. I saw a few post on line chats about auto enlist screwing the ally.

Kabamm. What can you do to fix tbis? My ally AoNi will most certainly lost this next war now. Assuming help and the ticket I submitted will do nothing.

    So should I have all 30 members restart their devices?

    So nothing can be done kabamm? Support was most unhelpful. Told me to “check the forums”
