Btw imo there should be a 4 to 5 gem and r4 gems too also some class 6* nexuses

If you compare 7.1 & 7.2 you see that there isn‘t that much of a change rewardswise.
So i assume the same will happen with 8.2

If you want an honest prediction, I'd imagine it might look something like this:

Completion:
1 t6b
1 t3a
30 generic 6* sig stones
6* class awakening gem
20k 6* shards
25% of a 7* crystal
a bunch of gold

Exploration:
6* 3-4 generic gem
random 25% t6cc
25% t6cc selector
50 generic 6* sig stones
30k 6* shards
50% of a 7* crystal
a bunch more gold

While more time consuming, exploring 8.2 should be significantly easier and cost you less items than doing all 9 challenges of Carina's Vol 3. I doubt they're gonna give players an item as rare as a 4 to 5 gem for less effort.
