Can 5 star herc do this or I have to swap in another character?

This is my zone 25 final boss. Seeing the regen nodes I thought to take advice
over whether my team is adequate to take the boss or not.
If not then please suggest which character to swap in.

I’d suggest void. That regen should be easy for him. You just need to survive fisticuff I don’t know about herc being able to power through it. He can do it if you don’t mind reviving since he won’t gain any buffs the first 20 seconds, or if you have hacks that place lots of debuffs with max despair mastery. But I’d wait for more responses than just mine.

Thanks guys. Was able to kill him with void as herc was very slow with all the regen.
