Is 3.2.6 already nerf with the April update?

Just open the quest up first and see if there's a revive. If you've updated it's gone.

How difficult is it to go to the quest and see?

You have to complete it a few times to see if it works. This requires about 40ish energy each run.

I do not think 3.2.6 is nerfed yet, seems like it yields revives and refills at same rate, at least for me.

I would guess the 3.2.6 nerf would be concurrent with opening of Apothecary, probably tomorrow when the new monthly content is released.
