Quicksilver evading Taskmaster’s exploit weakness attack

As you can see from the image, Quicksilver is evading Taskmaster’s exploit weakness (medium) attack. Shield bashing animation is his medium 1 attack.

Now I know that Quicksilver’s evade ability accuracy is not altered when above 600 momentum.

However in Taskmaster’s ability info it states that:
‘An attack that will trigger exploit weakness will not trigger passive evades or auto-block.’
It doesn’t say it will lower evade ability accuracy.

Unless there is something I’m missing, I’m pretty sure this is a bug.
Please check into this.
