Pretty much what the title says, I’ve been having this issue for quite a while and haven’t heard of it anywhere else so might as well share this.
Keep in mind I’ve tried to reinstall the game, update it (obviously) and everything.
Also this is fixed after you close and open the game again, but doesn’t stop it from being annoying.

    I also have this issue it’s pretty annoying since when you do it it won’t allow you to throw special attacks
