Is this monthly side quest good or not

Do you like the side quest, or do you think it could be a lot better

Infinitly better than last month, that's for sure. Side quest should not feel like a full time job and that incursion nonsense was way too much effort vs reward.

Only addition is if they would have locked out paths already went down. I didn't double up, but sure a few did.

It's actually pretty good, aside from the bugs and terrible explonation in the initial post about it. I like that we just need 3 fights for the rewards and objectives are quite simple for decent amount of ISO. Last month we needed to do so many fights with different classes and 108 total fights for 2 objectices was a bit too much, even though you could spread it throughout the month.
