Mordo or neutralize bug?

Is Mordo or neutralize bugged? Just did a practice fight against Wiccan to see if he would work against neutralize since he is immune to AAR. All furies of his heavy are being turned into incinerates. Isn’t neutralize not supposed to work against AAR immune champs? For context, it was a practice fight against my own Wiccan. No nodes or anything.

Mordo's AAR immunity has been bugged for ages. Falcon's lock on can bypass his evade, AA's neuros shut him down. The list goes on

He is immune only to "passive" AAR. I have no idea how kabam differentiates between passive and active AAR though. The only AAR I could think off the top of my head that could be passive is domino.

Duped Mephisto is immune to passive AAR, yet Blade has been destroying him for ages.

Guess I missed the passive part of that. Maybe one day they’ll be generous gods and explain what’s passive and active aar lol. Thanks.

Passive abilities I'm guessing are those that don't require a status effect (buffs, debuffs, passives) to happen. Like aar from domino does not require a debuff or passive to apply. It just happens

Exactly that - Domino and Black Widow (Classic) don't work on Mordo, but he can be impacted by Disorient debuffs.
