Jess Jones unstoppable

Could not find anything in her write up that would explain cap America IW not being able to cancel her unstoppable.

TB eq 2.1 btw but don't think any nodes effect this at all

What am I missing?

Capiw cannot stop passive unstoppables unfortunately, which is what Jessica Jones has.
