HOW TO RANK UP( 3STAR 4RANK) CHAMP

I Have a quest in" SUMMONER GRADUATION " To get 4 star Nick Fury, it is no. 9 quest of Rank up a 3star Rank4 champ. How is that possible

Means you have to max out a 3* champion. Could you send a screenshot of your current roster?

Even if taken as recommended, means bringing a 3* up to rank 4. (Not ranking up a 3* rank 4 up to rank 5)

But technically doesn’t look like it has ANY restrictions on it (just was a suggestion/example).

Should be just Rank up ANY champion, of ANY Star version, of ANY Rank.

That's the recommendation. You should be able to just rank up even a 1* and get the objective done.
