Which Unawakened Science Champ to R3

I've got a number of highly rated Science Champions that I could take to R3.

I'm recently Thronebreaker and my current R3 champs are Claire Voyant, Venom, Nimrod, and Red Magneto.

My options, all unawakened, are: Immortal Abomination, Immortal Hulk, Captain America IW, and OG Hulk.

Who would be of most use to me as I attempt Thronebreaker EQ, and either push on for Paragon, or explore act 6?

    Ibom. I'm assuming you couldn't high sig CapIW. Ibom was really great for a lot of bosses in 7 and 8 too.

    Cap's not woke, even if I get an AG (or conveniently dupe him) I'm still a ways off enough sig stones to max sig him.
