Relic equipping

Anyone else unable to equip relics to certain champs? I want to put a multitude of relics on but they aren't equipping. Does is have to do with PI because most of my champs above 7.5k PI can't but most under can. I really just want to put my thor relic on hulking and storm on prof x but cant.

    I had an issue where I was trying to apply relics to someone and it just looked like nothing was happening – then when leaving the relic screen and checking my roster it actually applied.

    The relic screen was letting me reapply the relics over and over with no outcome.

    If that the case, or are your champs in quests?

    @Kabam Miike we are unable to bind the relics. Did the force close , restart & uninstall-install thing but didn't work at all.

    Known bug they don't acknowledge. It's been happening for months.
