Having trouble opening the safe

Hi folks,
I am wondering if anyone else has trouble opening the third safe to enter section 4. I have done all the duels
I opened the safe, entered 7 confirm, thrn nothing happens I had I waited 20seconds, entered back the selected 3confirm, confirm, 3 confirm, 6 confirm.
My safe isn't being converted to a key.
This has happened in earlier safes too.
Any suggests to overcome this issue
Ps I have tried restarting the game
