    Wiccan at sig 1 is very nice because you can block unblockable cosmics.

    Chavez doesn't really need her sig too much. The only benefit you're going to get is the supercharged sp2 opening 2 dimensions instead of 1. I have never uses her unawakened so idk how much that would affect her damage.
