Who should I use a 6* science awakening gem on? Ibomb or Spot

I just got this gem and I dont know who to use it on.I have a rank 3 Spot.I also have a 6* Ibomb.Thing is I have a 5* maxed out Ibomb sig 40.Who should I use the gem on?
