Currently, Annihilus has their Signature ability erroneously set to 1 - it should be 0.

Here we go again :).
PS: guy withouth legend title was using shields in bronze2 and has 5m hero rating. Bg matchmaking is perfect and fine.
Ar least there was a post that they are working on it so for sure this is a priority for Kabam ;)

    It means that system works. People are using shields in low ranks so no changes in matchmaking in nearest future
