Infamous Ironman issue

So I am doing 7.2.1 and I took the Flail, Clapback, and Ebb and Flow path but for some reason Infamous Ironman is being clapped back with shock debuffs and is dying from them. Is there a node interaction I am missing?

Your armour up is on cooldown.
IIM is only immune when his armour up is active
