After season LF4-5 / P4 / AQ 5

We are an alliance that has been together for a number of years. We have had a group of players lose interest in war this season and have underperformed when compared to the other 2 battlegroups.
We are looking for 4-5 people to join the 25 plus that are consistent and reliable after season ends.
What are we looking for:
People who will join aw without having to be reminded, stick to an assigned path, boost and heal as needed to limit unnecessary deaths.
People who will communicate to ensure they understand what is needed for war
People who will join aq without having to be tagged 10x an event.
Prestige above 12k prefavourably but this is open for discussion.
What we do:
We are p4 War and are bouncing between t5 and t6. Current rank 400.
Currently we run Map 5x5 and finish around 1,700.
Battlegrounds is left open to each player but we have hit major milestones but i cant recall our last season placement.
If you are looking for a chill alliance but asks everyone to pull their own weight, lets.
Alliance rating is 88 million.
