After 648 days 6 hours 2 minutes & 50 seconds later I finally got him. Countless class Nexus crystals and dual ones, but got him from a cav Nexus.

Thank the RNG gods. What content should I do first?

    First thing you should do is dupe him. Then 8.2. I still needed a ton of revives even with my r4 max sig Herc for Carina's.

    And you should have taken that Thor. Chance at Immortal Iron Fist.
