1st, cutoff the bottom money-making platform from your screenshots.
This is not a platform for U-tub'rs to advertise themselves to make money.

As to question, another thread had been asking about this today also.
Was announced a while back (probably in one of Jax's QoL improvement subjects) as like a “Beta” (not a separate Beta Server though) test, available to only a small subset of users currently, to see how well that impacts the servers, before potentially being rolled out to more people as time goes on.
