BG season 6 compensation

Where’s the compensation for ALL the issues during season 6 BGs? I was returned email that compensation would be given to everyone for the problems we were having by the support team. Season 7 is more than a week in and we still haven’t received any compensation for season 6. I lost shields(90 units each) I lost elders marks on account of freezing up issues. I guess it’s don’t care about the customer thing AGAIN. Kabam Mike or Jax any comments on this or another warning for speaking truths?
