In-app Purchases no longer available

For some reason my in app purchases are not available. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Yup I’m getting a weird message when I tried to refresh the sigil saying “Transaction Incomplete” and “Waiting for the transaction to be approved”.

Could it be that my location on the Kabam system or server changed during to me being in Thailand right now? I live in Australia, just on vacation at the moment.
