7.4.1 Guillotine Boss interaction with Silver Centurion

The guillotine boss in 7.4.1 has a node that reduces damage unless she's under a shock effect. Silver centurion's plasmas are described to have the properties of both his incinerates and his shocks, but when I have only plasmas on guillotine, I'm still getting the damage reduction.

Is this by design, do plasmas not count as shocks? Or is this a bug?
