I got the paragon title recently but I cant take exploration reward.

You completed it before becoming paragon. Try running a path or contact support. Neither are guaranteed to give you it though.

@captain_rogers managed to raise a ticket and they verified it for me allowed me to claim it so raise a ticket and hopefully they'll get it verified before the end of the objective
