Yeah that caused me lots of issues. Though i won all of them (Very lucky) but was a lot of inconvenience. I needed to switch on and off my data to get my connectivity. In one of the match, i got all auto selections and thankfully when match was about to start i got connectivity back, it auto selected good defenders. In one of the matches i had loading screen running to get back connectivity. It happened a lot today. I can easily lose matches because of this.

Because BG's is making more calls to the servers vs other game modes. It's having to update in real time whereas other games modes only have to update once a fight is finished or someone changes a screen on their device.

I believe it's similar to how you get a delay when opening 10 crystals at a time vs one. Relaying that info back from the servers when 100's of thousands of other people are playing and doing other things can slow that process. The servers Kabam uses to run the game have a long history of being unstable. Pair that with your own personal connection and BG's being as close to PvP as possible is why you see more lag in that game mode.

you mean to tell me that a company that gets million and million of dollars every year can't afford buying more servers. that load of ****
each update this **** adds up more and more.
@Kabam Vydious fix your **** game already
Netmarble owns Kabam. Every dollar spent in MCOC goes to Netmarble after Apple and Google take their cut. Kabam is the developer of MCOC. Kabam does not own the servers that MCOC is played on.

Server stability isn't about how much money you can put into it. Games like COD and Fortnite make 100's of times more money than MCOC does and they have way more issues with server lag. Lag goes both ways. You may look at your phone and see that you have "full bars" but that icon isn't real time and is just a generalization of you connection to either wifi or cell data.

If you're on your home wifi and you have a PC connected to it, it may start updating things on that PC, whether it's windows updates, Apple updates or PC games you have on it. It could also be slowed by your wifi carries network as well if there happens to be a spike people using that network locally to you.

Cell data can be affected numerous ways and blocked or weakened depending on where you are.

All of these issues factor in to how your device communicates to the severs the games' data is stored for things like BG matches.

Also, you're tagging a MOD who hasn't logged into the forums in 2 years.

There have been a lot of inconsistencies and gaps in knowledge that a network engineer would know, that you seem to be saying contrary to. You can't be a network engineer simply by saying so.

Sure, battlegrounds lag is awful, sure controls and inputs are a mess. But the problem isn't as simple as "get more servers"

Maybe i should give you my linkedin page.
Also I’m not saying get more servers, that’s part of the solution
Bring more developers and work on root of the problem,
    I’m not a programmer,
My job is troubleshoot network issues, why servers not communicating with hosts and vice versa
For the last 2 years been working for Airport Systems
