PSA: This months' side quest returns more energy than it consumes

I was going to post this yesterday but it slipped my mind, then another post reminded me of it.
This month the side quest costs energy: one point per move. An optimal run to explore a map takes five runs burning a total of 54 energy. Exploring every difficulty would in theory cost 270 energy per week for four weeks, 1080 energy in total.
However, each full exploration of a map returns one full energy refill per map, which means for any player that currently has an energy cap of 54 or more the side quest maps either cost no net energy or actually return more energy than they consume.
So if you have the time, explore every map. You will actually end up with more quest energy than when you started, and the rewards are pretty good as well if you can do the maps without burning significant consumables.
Also, if you make a mistake, don't be too hard on yourself because you probably haven't lost all that much energy.
