Paragon Crystals

Not sure if this Question has been addressed or not so my apologies if it has.

Will paragon crystals be available to cav or higher to buy when they come out or just paragon players?

I imagine it'll just be paragon players that get them.

I really have to wonder why so many players (notably that aren’t Paragon) don’t believe that Paragons should have exclusive rewards. First, there’s gotta be incentive to progress, so there should be things that lower progressions just shouldn’t have any access to. Second, why should higher progressions have nothing special? Why should players that have put more time (or money) into the game than others not get something that is just for them?
To the OP, I’m not saying that this is why you’re asking, I understand you’re curious. But also with this current SQ there’s lower progressions complaining because they don’t have access to rewards for higher progressions and it’s a bit frustrating at this point. Paragon crystals should only be for Paragon players because they’ve got something in common - the word Paragon.

Agree with @Furrymoosen here.
I think because Cav crystals was recently made available for uncollected, people might hope that is also the case for Paragon crystals… I think using the same logic, Thronebreakers might have a chance to buy that somewhere down the line after a year or two. I assumed most of the whales are paragon already, so that should not affect the revenue.
