Scorpion's DPS recieves a significant boost with each successive rank

BWCW with Scorpion second. IMO she edges out Scorpion on utility (although double immunities on Scorpion are amazing) being able to choose immunities and very consistent nullify. Scorpion’s damage is better though.

The thing that tips the balance for me is her healing. Scorpion’s is situational, while BWCV always has access unless heal blocked and it’s not not RNG based. I use BWCV in almost everything due to her being near immortal if played right.
