Would be really handy for leaders to see who's ripping off the system, we don't always get a chance to view the minute before it resets and then the data is all gone

Just set a deadline like sat. By 10pm and then have an officer check if they donate after then they should have to screen shot it to prove they did it. It’s really not that hard to keep track of.
