Moon dragon skill?

Why are we dividing champions by class if they’re all random? First there’s skill aliens who outta be Cosmic, now there’s literal TELEPATHS in the skill class? Shouldn’t Thanos be skill? The only consistency now is the inconsistency

Well, Moondragon doesn’t use magic, so not mystic, she’s not a mutant, she doesn’t use any tech, she’s not a cosmic champ because she’s from earth to begin with, she has no cosmic power, she didn’t get her powers from any scientific mean, but she did learn how to master her body as a weapon as she did her mind, so she does fit into Skill. Also, Marvel tells Kabam what classes which champs belong to, so it’s not their fault

Yeah the class's for some are off but you get used too it... kinda

You’re saying because they are a telepath they can’t have trained in martial arts or other skill qualities? So I guess rocket should be science then

The majority of the champions in the game are skilled in some way or another, many being martial arts. Should everyone be skill?

Telepathy is basically magic. The skill class is supposed to be for champions who use skill exclusively not just in addition to their other powers.

Well using that logic we need to change like half of the skill champs:
    Korg - Alien so cosmic
    Valkyrie - Asgardian so cosmic
Falcon - Main power is suit so tech
Blade - Vampire so science or mystic
Moon Knight - Gets powers from a god, probably mystic
Stealth Spidey - Still spiderman so science
    Mantis - Alien so cosmic
Gwenpool - Due to convoluted comics stuff probably mutant now
Agent Venom - Has symbiote so Cosmic

It's not really black and white, lots of champs can fit into multiple classes and the calss they eventually fall into is often based on balancing I imagine
Skill has for a long time been a bit of an underdeveloped class so it was in need of some new fun additions, cosmic has been an incredibly powerful class for a bit now so it probably doesn't need the extra additions for now

Yes that’s the perfect logic for the most part. Why should agent venom be skill but not regular venom? The skill class has been lacking but I believe they should choose actual skill exclusive based champions to add instead of just choosing their class lastly. It used to be my favorite class but now it’s so jumbled.

The ones I think the class is wrong...and which class should be...

    Photon - Cosmic
    Falcon - Tech
    Antman - Tech
    Yellowjacket - Tech
    Loki - Cosmic
    Hela - Mystic
    Blade - Mystic
    MoonKnight - Mystic
    Thor Ragnarok - Cosmic
Scarlet Witch - Mutant but ok as Mystic
    Karnak - Cosmic
    Yondu - Cosmic

Also, found this image of maybe a making of with Ant Man per example as Tech

Just as an FYI, regardless of what you think any of the champs should be class wise, Marvel has approved all of them in the game. Every champ and class has gone through them and they've agreed.

And I get used through the years with these Champs classes.

    Certainly, they've discussed different ones.

It's fairly well known that MODOK was discussed as a potential Tech champion.

But like @Demonzfyre says, the final decision is actually up to Marvel themselves.

It's not just about origin of powers, it's about their abilities, how they use them, what they're primarily known for as well as their in game abilities. some champs are in specific classes primarily to give some diversity, like valkyrie and korg in skill for instance, and some just fit more with one than the other, like the fantastic 4 getting their powers from cosmic rays but primarily being a science focused team. technically moon knight's powers are from khonshu, but there are plenty of runs where he's presented entirely as just a really skilled fighter and khonshu is an alter in his head and not a real being so being skill fits a lot better. The only one that really bugs me is that I think immortal hulk should be mystic

    This is a good thing.

Kabam has been releasing content or objectives more often that needs to be completed by certain tagged teams. They finally got the diversity in spider verse heroes except mutant and now seem to be working on guardians of the galaxy. If this is going to be the trend, we need options for these fights. I dont want to do into a quest with 5 science champs or 5 cosmic champions and take on 5 skill or 5 mystics respectively

So they’re just going to apply classes based on diversity rather than character accuracy? That’s not the way to go

Then what exactly would classify someone as cosmic if not being from space? That’s the defining trait right? And Moon Knight was technically resurrected too so also mystic possibly. The one that bugs me the most is ghost being tech. The reason I got into the game is because all the classes but they just jumble it all up now
