DCs and Incorrect 7* Event Score [merged]

I opened 23 Paragons and 2 7* Basics but my score is lower than it should be. Anyone else have this issue?

Opened paragon crystals, points not added to the side event. Guys why 😭

Kabam help please. I purchased 20 paragon crystals and the game crashed everytime I pressed open. 20 game crashed and crystals showed 17, and then pressed open crystals on that crystals showed 4 and total points for the event for me is 16000?? I opened 2 7 star crystals too. Please do the math

And this is why I don’t bother doing anything immediately at launch. There’s more than enough precedent to hold off for a while.

Same thing happened to me - when buying second batch of paragon crystals the game crashed. Then after relogging I tried to open first 10. The game crashed, again. It now shows 16 crystals instead of 20, don't which champs I pulled and 0 poonts in the solo event.

Same here, had 18, opened 10, Conection lost, 12 remaining, no points.

Same tried 10 crystals game crashed restarted said one left bought 10 more the one left disappeared said I only had 10 then I popped them and crashed again

Check your solo event too I opened 2 7* and 12 paragon and I only have 7500 points, when I should have 12x800=9600 and 2500x2=5000. For a total of 14600. What are we supposed to do?

Same for me opened 20 paragon crystals only got 12800 pts. How does that work?

Same here. Purchased 10. Popped 10. Got kicked out. Came back to 2 crystals. Spun out 1, and then had zero.

Just claimed the rewards (2 paragon crystals). Went to the crystals tab and only 1 is there.

And i doubt that all those crystals which disappear were if opened or not
Or they just disappeared

Yep, bugging for me too. Bought a paragon crystal, game crashed, come back on and the units have been spent but there’s no crystal to open.

The team is looking into this.

Essentially, the servers are overloaded (despite us ramping up capacity prior to today). Some Summoners have reported that a couple restarts have caused the event points to show up.

Engineers will continue to work on this.

I lost at least 5 or 6 this way. Some from deal
Disappeared when it crashed and only got 9 when buying he 10 packs.
