Total points of masteries

I have been playing since 6 years ago, having all but Act 6 fully completed (even 8.2.6 just today (05/08), but surprisingly realized that I only count with 51 points in my Mastery deck!
I have checked many tutorials where others advanced players have a total 59!!

Just want to know then how do I get that total of 59…
