Over 1 week and still no update on players who have a (updating) bug on their loading screens!

@Kabam Jax and team its been over 1 week and still no fix on the updating bug on players loading screens. Many of us can not any fights due to this months new update. I am sure many player have resources that are soon to expire and go to waist. And not just that many of us have not received compensation either! I hope we can get some update SOON so we can get back to the game we love and work hard on.

@Kabam Jax and the team have been unable to play this wonderful game for more than a week. When will the problem with the constant updating of the game be solved? When will the payment be made? There is no way at all to pass the content.

Здравствуйте. Сегодня 10 мая. Ошибка с вечной загрузкой так и не исправлена.
Как так можно играть? В войну и задание союза не зайти. В месячную сюжетку и побочную игру не зайти.
Не могу поднять персонажа "Пятно" на 3ий ранг.
Телефон - Хонор плэй.
Играю через WiFi и мобильную сеть. Изменений нету.
