I am writing to you as I have recently been banned from the mobile game marvel champion tournament for using Bluestacks, a phone emulation software. I want to explain that I am a new player to this game, and I was not aware that using Bluestacks was considered a violation of your terms and conditions.

I now understand that using Bluestacks is prohibited, and I sincerely apologize for unknowingly breaking this rule. I want to assure you that my intentions were purely innocent, and I had no intention of cheating or violating the game's rules.

I am a passionate player of mobile games, and I have always respected the rules and other players. I would be very grateful if you could give me a chance to redeem myself by lifting my ban. I promise that I will never use Bluestacks or any similar software again, and I will play honestly and fairly as I always have.

I am a new player to marvel champion tournament, and I am enjoying the game very much. I would like the chance to continue playing and discovering all that it has to offer. Thank you in advance for considering my request and giving me a chance to continue playing marvel champion tournament.
