It must be bugged because all my champs were taking energy blast damage just by hitting him. He wasn’t placing any debuffs for me to shrug. And CGR has no way to shrug to incur the energy blast. But yet I took the energy blast damage back on every hit. also happened on every hit with scorpion.

Power focus and unblockable sp2 on boss island in AW.

    He has suicides. It causes damage when he has prowess. Best option would be a tech without energy damage

    You could also hit his block and make him purify the bleed
