Can't get back in to game after update in different region.

Living in Canada, vacation to South Korea. Did update Oct 30 in Korea, then never able to get back in. Just show the Logo, then disappear. Been try delete the app, then reinstall. Turn off the Ipad totally. Sign out the apple ID, then back in. So many times, still doesn't work. Please HELP, anyone......
