I got paragon after exploring threat level 5 and it’s not counting towards the quest

I got paragon after I explored threat level 5 in the first two episodes of the escape from titan side quest, and it didn’t register that I explored them in the quest.

You have to submit a ticket. You didn't have the objective before paragon so any progress towards the objective won't count. Support has been giving progress if a ticket is submitted-
