Unable to upgrade

Kabam I got hulking from 200 unit crystal and I am unable to upgrade it
It only fails when I try to upgrade hulking
Rest champs upgrade working fine
Please help to solve matter

He is in my roster but I am unable to upgrade him
As I try to upgrade him it goes to 1st page that is downloading one but for other champion all is fine

Problem with game not downloading info for 2022 and newer champs, so tries loading from PlayStore (which I’ll assume you have non-Google Store device, Huawei or Xiaomi ?)
