Planetary Endurance Bugged?

Unfortunately, I didn't get a video of it, but it seems like planetary endurance is bugged. It says "Striking the Defenders Block will remove 1 Flourish Buff". However, if you hit the defenders block once it removes all the charges. Is this intended and the wording was never updated?

    Yes that is how it has always worked.

    I don't think that means much though considering it directly contradicts what the tactic says. So either its a bug that hasn't been address or merely a typo that hasn't been addressed. Either way clarification on either end would be greatly appreciated.

    It is a typo. That tactic has worked that way for 3seasons now
