Which 3, 6* Champs, should I R4

To get to paragon, I need to first finish act 7 and get 3 6* champs to r4, but even though I haven't even completed act 7, I still wondered which champions I should focus on.

Depends who you like most of all, but I'd recommend either Herc, Galan, Kitty or Herc, Galan, Doom imo
