Psylockes enervate disappearing?

Was playing with horseman r4 psylocke and I notice that even though opponent was at 0 power with sp3, I wasn’t keeping the purple enervate on after gaining a psi charge while at 0.
Isn’t she supposed to apply it once both conditions (0 power and at least 1psi charge) are met?

If you hit them five times to gain a Psi-charge whilst they're Power Locked, then yes, the Enervate should re-establish.

Who were you fighting and where? Any ability to gain power will mess this up ; so Conflictor nodes, Mystic Dispersion, and passive power gain champions like Havok, Namor, Killmonger and half the Mystic and Cosmic classes.

Yeah, that seems to be a bug. There's nothing in CM's kit or nodes to explain that.
