Unable to Claim 7 star celebration rewards

I joined my alliance before the event started and waited out the probation to claim the rewards I helped contribute towards and I still cannot.

You need to contribute some minimum amount of points for each milestone to claim alliance rewards

I did read the text. I’ve contributed 20k points and have spent units trying to help. I was in my alliance before the event was live and feel like it should’ve been made more clear that I wasn’t going to get the rewards or else I would not have spent the units.

I believe you need to open a Paragon crystal after you become eligible for rewards to trigger the milestones into your stash as a workaround.

Wait, so (coming over from your other more recent thread, where you’re evidently able to claim milestones now, just not last one because your Solo pts don’t match your Ally pts, which I attached link to Kabam potential explanation over there).

So this original problem was probably (as you said, you waited until Lockout Timer ended), you at that time did bunch of points, but immediately didn’t see that you could claim Milestone (screenshot from you at top).

To me now, that seems because sometimes it does not immediately reflect points contributions.
You had to wait a little while, or restart game, etc.
Or as said above, you just needed to do 1 more to kickstart all points if you had initially done them all while still during Lockout timer.

Sounds like by now you have been claiming those Milestones now (just not last one, see other thread).

Nah I don’t have the points to claim the last one. I’m just panicked cause I really need that last milestone. I’ve restarted my game multiple times and have signed in and out to no avail. I just have to pray they correct the points one last time as I went crazy trying to get the tier 6 class catalyst.

This (below) was the point of the link in the other thread, might be that they added TOO MANY into your SOLO, and that your ALLY portion is actually your correct amount. That's why your Solo might be more than your Ally contrib.

I know a few people have asked about why their Alliance Event score is lower. There was an error when granting missing event points that resulted in Solo Event scores being rewarded twice. We elected to leave things the way they were instead of giving everyone whiplash by taking them back and messing with milestones. So, it's not that you're missing points for your Alliance Event, it's that you have extra points in the Solo Event. We checked the data for reports directly from this thread and confirmed.

But they were literally the same before I made the final push once I finally qualified to receive the rewards. Also he mentioned that they are fixing some of the point issues as well. So I’ll just hold out. Thank you.
