Scorpion debuff sting not working properly

Has anyone noticed recently that scorpion sting is not, working as intended, I am not getting tye correct value back from the sting damage as it usually should

It's 3 wars in row for me when I am fighting absorbing man on node 53, I am getting not even 1/10th of the usual sting damage that I used to get in last season

His sting damage corresponds to the damage type. So if you use rupture or shock on Absorbing man, he will have +9000 resistance to it depending on his form.
