Suggestions for rank-up

Hi all - long time viewer but first time posting.
I recently took my 6* Hulkling to r4 and now have enough resources to do a second r4. I am leaning toward Scorpion or Warlock or Omega Sentinel. None of them are awakened, but I do have both a Science awakening and a Tech awakening gem I could use.
I love using all 3, with maybe a tiny slight edge to Scorpion due to the pre-fights and the epic damage, but would be happy with any of them at r4. Does anyone see a clear obvious choice? Below is a screenshot of my other 6*s at rank 3 and 2.
