Bugged Escape from Titan Level 5

I have completed all three quests 100% on the highest difficulty, but on the challenges menu, it says I have completed only two, please get this fixed.

Are you talking about summoner progression objective? If your uncollected, you could do harder difficulty like Threat3 (Cavalier), Threat4 (Thronebreaker), and Threat5 (Paragon).. but you will not be able to claim the summoner progression objective locked rewards.. if you are able to become Cavalier or Thronebreaker or Paragon.. submit ticket to Kabam regarding your account progression.. they will update account for you to receive the reward.
