Quake dodging Shocker's initial basic attack despite no concussion present... is this a bug?

Hey Kabam,

As the title suggests, is Quake's evade against Shocker's first hit (despite Shocker's immunity to Concussion) a bug, or is this part of her gameplay?

If she's holding heavy she should still have guaranteed evade, even without the concussion

Oh really? I had no idea. I was under the impression that unless there was a concussion, she wouldn't naturally dodge. Thanks for the insight! I appreciate it.
