Unable to claim Threat 4 Exploration Rewards from objectives

I had explored all the episodes for the side quest "Escape From Titan" on threat level 4.This issue had been there from the start of the event.I had been waiting till the last episode to launch.Still not fixed.


I have attached screenshots to better explain the situation

Please resolve this issue,I had worked really hard to explore this event.
